I am listening to the sound of Lucy talking to herself in her bedroom. She is rehearsing the movie The Emperor's New Groove, word for word. This is part of what I am hearing..."Demon lama!...Where?...Boom baby!...We're gonna die, we're gonna die, that's it for meeeee!"

My children(all of them) have watched this movie about 6 times in the last week. As of lately, they love it.

This little lady of mine has saved me the last couple of days. She does far more than her fair share of helping out with Jack chores. This includes but is not limited to taking him out for bathroom breaks...again and again, keeping him company his every waking moment, and carrying him around like he is her baby. She loves him...and it's adorable. We do constantly remind her to let him walk himself but as kids do, she forgets. Some day soon he will be too big for that anyway. But for now, her baby he is. I gave Lucy a much needed bath yesterday morning. An hour later she smelled like Jack again.

I've decided that is how it goes.
