For Deacon's birthday he got roller blades. He was SO INCREDIBLY EXCITED ABOUT THIS and after one day he has already started to pick it up.
Together we decided to make birthday cupcakes with fresh strawberries and ice cream. I let him assemble the candles how he wanted which ended up being a problem because it ended up making quite the flame. The fire alarm ended up going off and we had to speed up our birthday song so we could put the fire out.
Nervously big eyes amidst the birthday flames...
At least it ended up being tasty.
