The other night Damon took me out to the most expensive restaurant I have ever been to. A place called Forage in down town Salt Lake. At this resturant they serve about 14 small but very intricate courses containing some foods I have never even heard of. Some of the ingredients are actually "foraged" naturally, right here in our own back yard. Pretty cool. We went with John Christiansen and his wife to celebrate Damon's 42nd birthday. Maybe not a celebration per say...but rather a commemoration to mark the pinnacle of Damon's midlife crisis. (This was a joke between us)
It was a 3 hour meal and it was so much fun. We love trying new things.
