There are only a handful of days until moving day. Damon leaves again on a business trip this week and comes home 2 days before we sign. I don't know how but we will somehow swing it. That is going to leave most of the packing up in boxes and cleaning to me and the kids. Dae and I have gotten a big head start together already, thank heavens, but there is still so much to do.
I've got to say what troupers our kids are. Every time I have said I've needed them, even though they didn't want to, they have helped out tremendously. At every spur of the moment call from our realtor saying, "We have someone that wants to come see your house in 20 minutes and you can't be there. That okay?"....the kids have helped me make it happen again and again. A cleaning tornado hits the house and somehow in under 20 minutes we have managed to escape with our dog and our sanity still intact. I couldn't do it without them.
We are almost done.
