Yes, the girls were as nervous as they seem in this picture, only mix that with a dash of excitement and then you have a big bowl of anxious stew.
Skipper is now in 6th grade, Lucy is in 3rd. I can't believe it.
Deacon's started his first day of school a week after the girls. He on the other hand was only nervous until he met his kindergarten teacher Mrs. McCann the day before. After that he was just excited. A little shy maybe, but SO excited. He was ready for this. I even think I might be ready for this. I am so happy for him.

Some news...
We have decided to sell our home. We have gotten in touch with a real estate agent and there is a lot of work we have to do before we can even list our house on the market. Because it is an older home(1976) there are so many things that need to be "touched up". We have been working our tail-ends off for the last couple of weeks and we only have a couple weeks to go until we have to be finished with the fix ups. We are listing our home the first week or so of September. I don't know what's going to happen.
We've never been down this road before so my expectations are unknown and feelings are all over the place. We don't even know where we want to move to yet. We'll see what happens. In the meantime though, I need to get a lot done and try not to stress out over it.
