The kids came into our bedroom at a quarter till 8. Although, I had been awake for hours with my eyes wide open in the dark...waiting. I can never sleep on Christmas Eve. Not when I am way too excited.
The VERY FIRST thing we did this Christmas morning was open the best Christmas prestent. EVER!!
It was a special gift from Dae to the kids. Let me just say that it had something to do with being thankful for what you already have, and something to do with 3 misplaced favorite items Christmas Eve.

Deac finally got his big Sheriff "Woody WITH A STRING." And a Rapunzel dress for Lucy.
Christmas morning was everthing I remembered and hoped it to be.
Not so much about the presents, but about the simple excitement plain on their faces.
