Born To Be A Barber

In light of Lucy's birthday coming up on Wednesday...the big 5 years old...I can't believe it! She has asked for another Ariel barbie and a apple pie, not a cake.

Lucy has but again cut her hair for the second time. I thought she learned her lesson the first time around but I guess it's too much of a temptation. I was talking to Shelly about it on the phone today and she mentioned to me as she was laughing, "Maybe she was born to be a barber." And that got me thinking...Maybe she was.

We had chocolate cupcakes tonight...and last night. After she had eaten hers I watched as she transformed the cupcake paper into a mangled wod, by trying to eat it. I told her, "Luce, don't eat your chocolate paper k." She said bluntly, "I'm not...I'm just licking it."

What kid doesn't like chocolate paper or adult for that matter?
